When Liz and Scott, from Caringbah, Australia, decided to get married, they invited their friends and family to make their big day as memorable and happy as it could possibly get. The loving bride, however, planned something very special to make the day even more satisfying for her husband.

Scott suffers from hearing impairment but that couldn’t hold Liz back from loving him with all her heart. The two of them communicate in sign language.

The couple discussed and planned every tiniest detail of their big day but Liz kept one small thing secret from Scott as she wanted to surprise him.

Finally, on their big day, Liz unveiled the surprise she had for the love of her life in front of all the guests.

She stood at the end of the aisle and sang a song for Scott. The song she selected was A Thousand Years by Christina Perri. What a perfect timing, Liz!

If you are wondering how to sing a song to someone who can’t hear, Liz actually knew the way to do that.

The theme started playing in the background and Liz, who had practiced and prepared for the song for a long time, started making signs of the song’s lyrics. She delivered an incredible performance and got another special spot in Scott’s heart.

Scott can’t hear anything but he could surely feel the love oozing out of the performance his loving lady prepared for him. She performed the song for him in such an adorable way that the groom could reply with nothing less than tears of joy and happiness.

The cute bond between the two brought tears to the eyes of almost everyone in the hall.

Speaking of what she felt while performing the song for Scott, Liz said: “I won’t lie, I was terrified before walking into the ceremony.

“But the moment I locked eyes with him, I never looked away, and it was a special moment just between the two of us. He held it together for a few seconds before crying the whole way through the song.”

“He has re-watched the video a hundred times, and he still cries every time!” she added.
