A bride-to-be revealed she is angry at her fiance for gifting her a £1,900 exercise bike for her birthday.
The bride-to-be told that her fiance gifted her a Peloton despite she asked him not to buy it.
She told that her fiance that she wanted to do something big on her birthday and asked her sister to suggest a few things to gift her on her birthday.
Her fiance told her that one of those things is a peloton.
The bride-to-be wrote: ‘I said no thanks it’s way too expensive and I have no interest in it. I work out at work where I spin 2-4 times a week and watch YouTube spin videos. I have an hour lunch break and go to the gym then to make sure I actually get my workouts done.’
‘After providing that explanation, I followed up multiple times in the weeks saying “Please, do not buy me a Peloton,” “If you ordered a Peloton, please cancel the order and return it.”’
A day before her birthday, the bride-to-be walked down into the basement and saw a Peloton.
She was so pissed off at her fiance and her fiance thought she would change her mind.
But she didn’t change her mind and was very upset with him.
She told that currently, they are not speaking because her fiance is upset because she is not happy with the gift.
The bride-to-be asked the Redditors, ‘Am I The A****le for being upset that she got a Peloton for her birthday.
The Redditors supported her and the bride-to-be later updated that her fiancé has finally understood her side of things.
Everything is well between them and they will return the Peloton.
