She asked Facebook users if they also feel the dress is inappropriate and her mother-in-law should opt for something else and not wear an ivory dress.

The Internet was left divided as some found the dress inappropriate while some didn’t find anything wrong with the dress.

However, some said the dress doesn’t at all resemble a wedding dress so the bride-to-be should not have any issue.

They said the dress is pretty and it is not going to be mistaken for a bridal dress.

One user wrote: ‘I dunno I kinda would only care if it was a white or bridal-looking gown she wanted to wear. This one wouldn’t bother me, but each to their own.’

Another said: ‘It’s ugly but aside from that what is the issue? It’s not white, it’s cream.’

The ones who supported the bride-to-be suggested her to talk to her mother-in-law and ask her to wear something else.

Another bride-to-be asked online whether she should replace her pregnant bridesmaid who had already paid for her dress as she won’t be able to do the job.

The bride-to-be also revealed that the pregnant bridesmaid didn’t come for dress shopping, lunch, a bonfire with all other bridesmaids.

The bride-to-be was slammed for being insensitive while some supported her and advised her to ask her friend to step down.
