A bride-to-be decided to tell her bridesmaid she shouldn’t be a bridesmaid after she got cancer and started losing her hair.
The bride-to-be asked other bridesmaids whether she should tell her to wear a wig or stop attending the wedding as a bridesmaid as it will affect her wedding photos.
The bride-to-be asked her friends: ‘So Mader didn’t have cancer when I invited her to be my bridesmaid but now I’m having second thoughts about her being in the wedding.’
Eventually, the bride-to-be’s friend and the bridesmaid learned about the text messages she sent to their friends and decided to confront her.
The bridesmaid wrote: ‘Hey, I will no longer be attending your wedding as a bridesmaid or guest. It has come to my attention that you are concerned about me potentially losing my hair and how that will affect the “aesthetic” of your wedding/photos/vibe.’
The bride-to-be tried to cover up and told her she didn’t say it in a negative way but the bridesmaid refused to listen to her and gave her a befitting reply.
One Imgur user SarahBeth9090 shared the screenshots of the text messages on Imgur with the caption: These aren’t my texts and I’m not the woman with cancer. The bridesmaid exposed the bride’s nasty behavior on Facebook and it shocked me so I took screenshots and uploaded them so they could be posted on a Bridezilla group on reddit.”
Imgur users slammed the bride-to-be for being so insensitive and said she has lost a friend.
One user said: ‘all the other friends should back out too, this is a person not worth being friends with’ while another user added: ‘someone show this to her fiancé.. i’d be shocked if he still marries her.’
