Getting married is every girl’s dream.
Every girl wants her wedding day to be the most perfect and memorable day.
But unfortunately for this bride, it became the worst day of her life.
Kelly was enjoying to the fullest in Costa Rica before her wedding as it was her bachelorette party. But, Kelly had gotten mosquito bites during the party.
But she didn’t think much of it, for her it was not a thing to worry. She applied some Vaseline, and the festivities continued.
When she returned home for her big day, everything changed, and the situation became worse. She found herself hysterical, yelling and behaving very oddly.
She said she felt something moving in the back of her head. Seeing her behaving like this, everyone thought she’d gone crazy.
But Kelly told them that something was wrong. Finally, she went to see a doctor named Edward Panacek.
When Dr. Panacek examined the back of her head, he started figuring out the problem and asked for a needle. The problem was: a large larva. He pulled out several larvae from the back of Kelly’s head.
It turned out that a mosquito from Costa Rica had been carrying eggs from a bot larva- and deposited it under her skin. The eggs had unfortunately hatched right on her wedding day.
Unfortunately, Kelly had to go through this terrible situation on her wedding day. Next time you get a mosquito bite, see a doctor as soon as possible.
