Newly single Lady Gaga and charming Bradley Cooper have rocked the stage at the Academy Awards as they performed A Star Is Born’s track Shallow on Sunday night.
Following their intense and emotional performance, Twitter users quickly suggested that there’s something more cooking up between the main stars of the film.
Staring into each other’s eyes, Gaga and Cooper held a hot performance of the track and ended up dangerously close at the end of the song.
Only moments after their performance, the track was titled the Best Song category winner.
While Gaga appeared at the Oscars alone for the first time ever since her engagement fell apart, Cooper arrived together with his mum and his partner, Russian model Irina Shayk.
Despite Irina and Bradley marking their love with their 1-year-old daughter, fans are convinced that Cooper and Gaga have feelings for each other.
The wildest conspiracy theorists even went as far as suggesting that Lady Gaga is planning on stealing Mr. Cooper from his partner.
“BRADLEY COOPER LADY GAGA GET A ROOM BUBBA,” The Iron Sheik wrote, speaking of the pair’s emotional performance.
“And with those opening notes, Lady Gaga is now expecting Bradley Cooper’s child,” another person joked.
One fan said: “Based on the Internet reaction I think legally speaking Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper have to get married and have a baby now or it’s a felony.”
In her acceptance speech, the pop star shared her gratitude to be able to work with Bradley and claimed that he’s the “only person” she could pull all of this through with.
“Thank you so much. To the Academy for this wonderful honor. Thank you to every single person in this room. Thank you to Mark Ronson, to Anthony Rossomando, to Andrew Wyatt my co-writers, I love them so much. To my sister, my soul mate, I love you,” the 32-year-old said.
“My family is here, I love you, mom and dad. Bradley, there is not a single person on the planet that could’ve sung this song with me but you. Thank you for believing in us, thank you so much.
“If you are at home and sitting on your couch watching this right now, all I have to say is this is hard work. I have worked hard for a long time, and it is not about winning, but it’s about not giving up. If you have a dream, fight for it.
“There’s a discipline for passion, and it’s not about how many times you get rejected or you fall down or beaten up, it’s about how many times you stand up and are brave. Thank you.”
