Sam Watson, a woman who lives in Missouri, had been dating her boyfriend Austin for a while now.
They were great together, and she was happy to do everything together with him.
But Sam had never expected this kind of experience when on a date with Austin.
On this particular day, they were out driving, and Austin was pulled over for speeding by police.
Knowing his driving record, how he got over 20 speeding tickets within just a year, Sam was worried.

And when officer told Austin to get out of the vehicle, then get down on his knees, Sam gasped.
Officer then told Austin that he was going to do “life” for what he had in his pocket. While Austin was still down on his knees, officer left to get his camera for evidence.
She thought that he’d get another ticket or something – Sam did not think the situation would get this serious.
Few seconds later, however, she was the happiest woman in the world.

Austin had a ring in his hand. He was proposing.
It turned out that Austin had been thinking hard about how exactly he was going to propose to her.
That’s when he came up with this brilliant idea.
He explained his plan to the Scott County Sheriff’s department and asked for help. Officers were more than happy to do so, and the officer who acted as though he was arresting Austin even recorded the proposal on his dashcam.
Now, the video is being shared all around the nation – receiving more than 3 million views!
