Watch 12-Year-Old Tattoo Artist Speak Out About His Passion!

A 12-year-old boy has been dubbed the world’s youngest tattoo artist after converting his passion for the ink into a career at an early age.
Ezrah Dormon, also known as ‘The Shark,’ is a Panama-based tattoo artist who developed a strong passion for inking when he watched his mum get tattooed.
Despite not being old enough to get a tattoo himself, young Ezrah managed to score a job as a tattoo artist after a local tattoo shop owner, Ali Garcia, took him under his wing as his apprentice.
Since then, the kid has been developing his skills and come up with countless newer and better designs. He’s also tattooed over two dozens of people so far.
“My name is Ezrah, but people call me TIBURON, which is Spanish for SHARK,” the 12-year-old wrote on Facebook.
“I would like to one day call myself a tattoo artist. Right now I am apprenticing which involves lots of drawing, painting and practicing on grapefruits. I just completed my first full tattoo on a real person and that was super exciting.
“Thanks for all the support I have been receiving.”
After the boy’s story went viral, plenty of people praised him for his dedication and high quality of his works.
“Talented! Better than some adults. I can only imagine how good his works will be in a few years,” one person suggested.
“He’s 12 and has many talents… he’s also an apprentice in something that he loves… his parents didn’t just let him tattoo his friends, the other parents would have agreed to it because he’s obviously good at it,” another one wrote.
Not everyone, however, agreed that inking was the right passion for a 12-year-old to follow.
“Great skills but should he really be allowed to do this at a young age,” someone wrote.
