A 7-year-old boy was mauled to death by a pack of vicious dogs in his neighborhood, leading to his tragic death in South Carolina.
Local media outlets revealed how the young child was with his brother, searching for his pet Chihuahua that had escaped. For this reason, young Shamar Jackson set out on Sunday to go and look for the pet around his neighborhood. But little did Shamar realize that it could possibly lead to his untimely death.
As the 7-year-old set out on his search in the evening hours, he walked through the neighborhood area, which is situated in Marion, South Carolina. And that’s when he and his brother were noticed by a pack of dogs, as the duo frantically searched for their little lost pet, explained police.
While the boy’s brother managed to escape from the brutal attack, little Shamar was left all alone to fight the beasts who ganged upon him in the most vicious manner imaginable. The child was reportedly surrounded by them and stood no chance of escape as they began ripping his clothes, inflicting the most severe wounds upon him too.

“My son was stripped naked and then brutally killed by the beasts,” the father cried and explained with grief.
Meanwhile, the County Sheriff Office located in Marion spoke about the incident on Tuesday, confirming how they had gone about seizing the neighbor’s five dogs as well as the puppy, as they carried out their investigation into the case.
The family is currently mourning the unexplainable loss as authorities remain silent on whether or not anyone was arrested or even charged in connection to the tragic incident, which took away an innocent child’s life.
