Festivals give us memories to cherish for the lifetime and Christmas is one of those festivals, which brings smiles to our face.

Most children around the world believe in a Christmas gift-bringer. It’s often St. Nicholas, Santa Claus.



One little boy Archie woke up in the morning and saw footprints on the floor in his house, then he went on following the footprints. Children believe Santa is magical, he immediately knew that Santa had visited overnight and he went straight to the Christmas tree to see what was left behind.

For Archie, early Christmas morning turned out to be surprising. He had left something special for Santa but never thought that he, in turn, would leave his footprints behind.

When the mom sees how curious her child is by the “snowy” footprints at the door, she asks, “Whose feet that?” The child replies, “Santa’s!”

“Snow from the North Pole,” adds his mom.

When he opens the door, the room is filled with presents, snow, and Santa’s footprints. There were lots of presents and in the corner of the room, he sees a shiny bicycle with a silver bell, Archie was so happy that he was clapping and jumping with excitement. He was happy to see the big boy’s bike that Santa had given him.

The little boy was so excited that he claps his hands, and smiles all the time. But there is one more thing: What happened to the surprise he left for Santa?
