Xiao He from China had the long electrical wire removed from his body after it got trapped in his body for months.
According to reports, the teen inserted the cord into his penis to find out where his urine comes from.
When Xiao He started peeing blood, he was rushed to the Songshan Lake Central Hospital of Dongguan where he underwent successful surgery to remove the cord stuck inside his bladder.
According to the hospital’s post on social media, the teen’s parents took him to a doctor after they found blood in his urine.
Doctors were shocked to discover the tangled cord inside the boy’s bladder on an X-ray scan.
Xiao He later revealed that he had inserted the metal wire into his penis out of curiosity.
According to the report, the teen said he wanted to know where his urine comes from and where the passageway or urethra leads to.
But when he realized that he could not remove the wire, he kept it a secret from his family.
Medics immediately scheduled Xiao He to undergo the surgery and they pulled out the 2ft. long electrical wire from his urethra.
The chief surgeon who led the operation, Dr. Cai Chongyue, said: “I didn’t expect that such a long wire could be inserted through the urethra.
“Fortunately, the wire did not continue to cause damage in the bladder.”
In another incident, a 10-year-old boy from Jiangxi province also inserted a five-foot cable cord into his penis out of boredom.
The child confessed to his parents that he inserted the wire into his urethra and it remained inside his body for five years.
