A boy who wanted to be picked up from school by Jason from Friday the 13th just saw his wish come true – all thanks to his loving dad.
Carter suffers from ADHD and his father Sam Murphy made it sure that he got what he wished for on his big day.

When Sam asked Carter what he wanted as his birthday gift, he told his dad that he wished to meet the iconic villain Jason Voorhees.
Sam told Carter that the wish he had asked for was a difficult one to grant yet he somehow managed to pull it off. He had Jason waiting near the gate of Carter’s school when it was time to pick him up.
Forty-five-year-old Sam from Plymouth, Devon, said: “I spoke to the school about it and they said they didn’t want Jason waiting at the school gates so he had to be round the corner.
“It was quite a nice experience, he was walking down the street holding hands with Jason. He has issues with touching, he won’t hold my hand.”
Carter accepted the guy as Jason but it really was Tony Gartland, who got makeup from a local salon to look as much as possible like the “original” Jason Voorhees.
The act was pulled off on Carter’s birthday on 30th January and Sam caught the whole thing on camera.
Sam continued: “Carter hasn’t shut up about it, Jason gave him a t-shirt and he hasn’t taken it off since. I can’t get it in the wash.
“Jason came into the house with his shoes on and Carter said, ‘dad, Jason left his shoes on’ and I replied, ‘well, I’m not telling him to take them off.’
“They went to his bedroom and Carter was showing all his favorite toys, he showed him everything.
“Carter then brought Jason downstairs and then he had to go, and I said we’d drop him off in the city centre so he could go on a killing spree.
“Carter was so excited, he hasn’t stopped speaking about it since.”
Tony who played Jason is from Saltash, Cornwall where he runs a special effects and t-shirt printing business. He has a lot of experience with makeup, costumes, and other related things.
Tony himself has always been a horror fan and had previously attended horror festivals dressed as Jason.
