They found out that maximum people who knew about the benefits were from the higher income class which is something sad to realize.

We already know that blueberry has the ability to fight against cancer and heart problems. Studies have also found out that the berry is filled with antioxidants that act against Alzheimer’s disease, which again, affects the cognition and the memory of a person.
If you are concerned with the taste of the berry because everything that has benefits always tastes bad, you don’t really have to worry because the same is not the case with blueberries. They are also very conveniently available as you can easily find them at any grocery store.
