A Girl Got The Surprise Of Her Life After A Bird Bumped Into Her Head During A Roller Coaster Ride


A girl got the surprise of her life after she collided with a bird while traveling at 70 mph on a roller coaster.

Paige was enjoying a ride with her uncle Mitch Harvey on the DC Rivals Hypercoaster at the Warner Bros. Movie World in Queensland, Australia, when the bird crashed into her head.

Thankfully, she wasn’t injured by the collision.

With speeds as high as 70 mph, the DC Rivals Hypercoaster is among the fastest and the longest roller coasters in the southern hemisphere.

Paige’s encounter with the bird was caught in a video, that went viral after it was shared online.

In the clip, the young woman can be seen enjoying the ride with her uncle, completely unaware of what’s about to happen.

Just the next moment, a white bird coming out of nowhere slams right into her head.

The lady tries to cover her face with her hands as the bird – speculated to be an ibis – bounces off to the person sitting behind her.

The incident left Paige in shock but after coming back to her senses and realizing that she wasn’t injured, the young lady kept enjoying her ride.

Nicole Ormiston, Paige’s mom, later shared the clip on Facebook, writing: “Paige just got hit by an ibis while riding front seat on the DC rival hyper coaster with uncle Mitch @movieworldaus.

“She had feathers on her and a beak scratch on her right shoulder.”

Nicole added: “She’s completely shocked, a little bruised but ok not sure about the bird?”

The video of the encounter was shared by countless Facebook users, with people debating if they should consider it terrifying or funny.
