A Marine Biologist Shared Pictures Of Real-Life ‘Sea Angel’


Alexander Semenov who specializes in invertebrates is a marine biologist.

He works at the White Sea Biological Station of Moscow State University and is the head of the diving team.

The team has to do all sorts of work that sometimes include diving in thrashing conditions too.

He is not just a marine specialist, which is a pretty massive thing alone, he is also a professional photographer who has been practicing the same for 9 years.

He is generally interested in microbiology photography found in the natural environment, mostly underwater.

He says that this gives him the opportunity to get close to and understand the creatures the ones he cannot study in the lab.

He says that his goal with marine photography is to explore and study the depth of marine life.

He also wishes to make people more interested in marine life and so he shares all the discoveries he makes on his social media platforms for people in the virtual world.

In the real world, he goes out and gives lectures, makes movies, presents the pictures in exhibitions, etc.

His love for marine made him find the creature they call Sea Angel. While diving in the White Sea of Russia, Semenov was able to find and record on camera a creature that the world has not been able to see.

The quality of the video he recorded shows that the video is no CGI but real.

This is not it, he shared the video on his social media platform where he even talked about the tiny little creatures visible in the video along with the Sea Angel.
