‘Bad Guy’ Singer Billie Eilish Took Home 4 Grammy Awards


Billie Eilish is definitely the “Bad Guy”.

The eighteen-year-old signer won four Grammy awards in her first time to Grammy awards. And this inspiring teen has made history by winning the big four awards on 26th January.

Billie Eilish won the awards for Record of the Year, Best New Artist, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year. This also makes her the youngest individual to be nominated for as well as a win these awards in all 4 general-field categorizations in the same year.

If this is not enough, Billie also bagged the Best Pop Vocal Album award.

Billie has broken a number of records already and even features in the book for Guinness World Records 2020 foe the youngest woman artist to get the U.K.’s number one album with her When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?

This young artist has achieved the most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 by a woman totalling at fourteen tracks.

She worked closely with Finneas O’Connell, her brother, on the aware-winning album and this brother-sister duo did not even think that they stand a chance at winning against fellow nominees Lana Del Ray, Vampire Weekend, Lizzo, and Ariana Grande.

Billie did not deliver a long speech but said that as per her, the award belongs to Ariana Grande. She added that Ariana’s “Thank U, Next” helped her get through some stuff.

However, her brother had a lot to say. He expressed his gratitude to the team, family, Recording Academy for their support.

He added that he and Billie did not prepare a speech as they did not expect to win at all at the Grammys.

He added that the two wrote the album about suicidal thoughts, depression, climate change, as well as being the bad guy. He received the Non-Classical Producer of the Year award.
