38 years old Rashida Ellis is a costume designer who works for production houses.
As the pandemic has hit the world, she has to put her work on hold.
Right now she stays at home, makes her clothes, and is selling them online. But she is not the only one staying at home. To keep her company is her adorable 3 years old bulldog Pop.
Pop is a big boy but the quarantine has left him sad.
Explaining what is going on with Pop, Ellis said “He is a social creature. I know he is feeling sad all the time these days because along with us, he has to be in isolation too. He is sleeping a lot more and is not as cheerful as he used to be.
He loves being around people but these days I am the only one he gets to play with and well that is not enough for him.”
Pop goes to the sets with Ellis and wander around receiving rubs from actors, crew members, and everyone else he meets.
But that is not what he loves the most.
Ellis says “He loves being around the kids. Every single day, he used to play with the kids in our building. Be it wrestling in the grass or just running around, he loved doing it all with kids. It was kids, then other dogs, and then adults on his priority list.
The other day he walked out to the patio and kept barking at the two brothers who were playing in the courtyard.
He was calling out to them to play with him, but we were on the 6th floor and they could not hear him. He was sad. I somehow managed to get a picture of him.”
The picture she shared on her social media instantly went viral and people are falling in love with him, blaming the world for doing this to him.
