Just like before we exercise we have to warm up our body to get it prepared for what is coming, footpoint massage works in the same way.
For the starters, take your foot ware off and take a walk barefoot in the room. This will relax your feet. Then give a gentle massage to your complete feet, not to the points but the whole feet.
Now get some warm water and soak your feet in it before you start with the points. Start massaging from the toes and gradually move down.
Now start pressing the points on your feet that are marked on the picture. Some points won’t hurt at all, some will hurt a little which means there is a little tension and then there will be the most painful ones that will tell you what is the body part that is giving your trouble.
Start pressing these points gradually. It will give you serious pain but it will end before you know it.
Our feet are divided into 5 zones. Look at them and understand what is the part of the body that is troubling you the most.

Here we have enlisted all the points and you don’t have to wait to get started. Even if you think your body is perfectly fine and fit, you can still massage these points for better functioning of your organs.
Better health is never a problem you see. It will only take you a couple of minutes and you will be done.
