A 33-year-old woman, Sarah Flinch, booked a holiday in a five-star hotel, but bed bugs ruined all her planning about spending a luxury holiday and having fun.
According to a source, Sarah Flinch and her family suffered from a severe allergic reaction to insect bites in a luxury hotel which she booked to spend her 10 days holiday after a hectic year of pandemic and long working hours. Her two daughters had marks of insect bites on their arms and faces.
The entire family is seeking medical attention now. The father of the two little girls has been so anxious that he cannot sleep peacefully as the thought of bringing the bed bugs with them in their house terrifies him. His wife had to take an antihistamine to cure the allergy. Their children wanted to have fun during the holiday but ended up suffering from allergies.
The family has flown back to their house now but claimed that they had met almost 12 other guests facing the same issue in that hotel. Sarah is shocked to see that even a five-star hotel could have these types of problems. She is disappointed after seeing the poor customer service of the hotel.
