One user wrote: ‘What do those guys expect? They are in the bears environment standing there with their cameras… I don’t thin the bear was charging them at all. It appears to be a young bear and I think he was just running from the dog and mostly playing! The guys with the cameras were the intruders and not very bright about it!’

Another said: ‘That bear is a juvenile. I’m sure this was play and the people were in no danger. Best to take precautions though. I’ve seen YouTube videos were juvenile bears have been shot and that REALLY pisses me off. I’ve got no problem with the responsible and reasonable harvesting of adult bears, but leave the youngsters alone!’
