The video shows a New Zealand bartender dropping a tray of beers on the ground. The bartender and his boss’ reaction is winning the Internet.
Micah Thompson – a bartender who works at Celsius Gastrobar in Auckland, New Zealand – couldn’t hold the tray of beers and dropped it in front of the customers.
Mr. Thompson told Daily Mail Australia: “They were kind of shocked silence. I got them their other round though and had a great laugh about it with them. All the other patrons had a laugh too when they saw I was fine.”
The bartender’s reaction is hilarious but his boss’ reaction is surprising. He said that the manager laughed when he told him about the incident. He said:
“He thought it was a crack up. I didn’t lose my job mate, don’t worry. It only happened today (Wednesday) though so that might change. I’d be really surprised if they did fire me though. These things happen.”
“This is the first time I’ve ever dropped a tray like that, hence my annoyance at myself.”
“Can’t help what happened so I may as well enjoy it”, Mr. Thompson added.
