Barack Obama Met With Apple CEO Tim Cook And Actor Robert De Niro For A Dinner


Former US President Barack Obama has met with Apple CEO Tim Cook and actor Robert De Niro for an hours-long dinner after he signed a multi-million deal with Netflix.

The ex-president appeared cool-looking as he donned a black suit and sunglasses when he took to the Yves Restaurant in Tribeca to have a chat with Cook and De Niro, a vocal critic of President Donald Trump.

According to the reports, the trio dedicated several hours to their conversation while enjoying their gala dinner at the French restaurant.

De Niro, who has always opposed Trump’s presidency, has campaigned for Obama since 2008. He has also regularly expressed his disapproval of Trump by saying things such as: “[he] should not be president, period.”

During the 2018 Tony Awards, De Niro shocked the viewers as he said “**** Trump” in his speech.

The couple also celebrated their 27th anniversary with their fans by sharing a sweet tweet exchange along with their photos on social media.

“Like the Beatles said: It’s getting better all the time. Thanks, babe, for 27 amazing years,” Mr. Obama wrote in his post.

“27 years ago, this guy promised me a life full of adventure. I’d say he’s delivered. Here’s to our next chapter of becoming empty nesters and discovering what’s next – while still feeling the magic that brought us together all those years ago. Happy anniversary, Barack,” Mrs. Obama responded.
