This moment a baby boy started urinating on a priest during his baptism has gone viral on Instagram.
35-year-old Demetri Lymberatos from New York was filming the baptism of his 7-year-old son when the special event suddenly took an unexpected turn.
While an official at the Greek church held baby Jonathan near the font – the part of the ceremony in which the child is submerged in water – the cheeky baby started to pee on the priest.
Demetri and his shocked wife burst into laughter while their family and friends were also left in hysterics at the hilarious moment.
“Baby Jonathan literally p***ed on the priest,” Demetri expressed. “Everyone laughed because the scene was surreal – like a mini exorcist episode.
“I had to stay still and couldn’t even do anything because in my palm we had the holy oil and water.”
After the ceremony, naked Jonathan was dressed in a white outfit while his godparents Ed and Marine lit candles and walked around the font three times.
The hilarious video quickly went viral on Instagram, with one person joking: “You sprinkle me, I’m gonna sprinkle you.”
Another wrote: “Priest: ‘Who’s baptizing who, here?’”
A third said: “I love this little baby boy!”
Someone else said: “There is always a chance when you take the nappy off. They are probably pleased it wasnt number 2.”
