Such cases somehow have cures but the case of this little guy born to the Potter family had just 2% chance of survival.

An average baby is born after 40 weeks to 41 weeks of pregnancy but Cullen was born super soon. He was born in the 22nd week of his mother’s pregnancy and was terribly weak. The little baby only weighed 13.9 ounces whereas an average newborn weighs five pounds, eight ounces.

The doctor who delivered him and brought him into this world told his parents that the baby won’t survive and hardly has a 2% chance of survival as he is very underweight.

Giving up on their baby was not an option for the Potter family and they kept fighting. Cullen’s father wondered and researched a lot. He contacted almost 16 hospitals in the boundary of 3 states in the USA to ask them if they can save his son. At last the family took Cullen to USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Alabama where he fought for 160 days before finally getting an amazing graduation party.
