We all love babies as they bring joys to our lives. We want to hold them, hug them and kiss them after coming back home from a dull workplace.

Holding them and seeing their smiling face makes us feel energetic once again and we forget all the worries. But for many new parents, raising a child is one hell of a task and they feel stressed when they can’t figure out why their child is crying for a long time.

Of course, we can’t read each and every child’s mind but these signs will definitely hold true in most of the cases. So, don’t forget to SHARE them with your friends and family too if one of them is in need of such tips.

1) Crying for five to six seconds and then is quiet for about 15 to 30 seconds

Have you ever seen a child crying in some sort of pattern? Like, crying for a few seconds and then being quiet for the next half a minute? Well, that’s the cry a baby makes when his/her parents haven’t picked him/her up for a long time. A very easy one to guess, right?

2) Crying starts for five or six seconds, and then becomes continuous?

Well, if a parent has picked up the child but it still keeps on crying, don’t forget that it is a ‘hunger cry’. When a child is continuously crying even after having picked up, it is a sign that the child is feeling hungry.

3) Crying with constant, loud and with the same tone?

This is one of those cries that you really need to worry about. A child will cry in this manner if it is in severe pain. It can happen for several reasons. This is exactly the kind of cry babies make after getting an injection.

4) When a baby is fidgeting a lot when it cries?

This sign indicates that the baby is feeling uncomfortable. Either its bed is not properly made, something is itching the child or her clothes have become wet because of peeing.
