An Australian Dietician Reveals Her Secrets On How To Get Six Pack Abs in 16 Weeks


Leanne Ward, who is a clinical dietician by profession, recently posted a group of photos with the intention of showing off her body transformation that she achieved in many weeks.

Each photo posted was in a particular order starting from week four until the last and final 16th week.

The 29-year-old has made a revelation that she is much satisfied with the figure she achieved after week 12 rather than 16.

On her post, the dietician wrote that she received many messages from people and asked her how they can get shredded and to show them what it takes; she went through an epic transformation herself.

The most intriguing aspect about her transformation is that she was already lean as it is visible from the first photo of hers, so what all did she do to get shredded this much?

Leanne chose to go for her program for straight three weeks. The name of the program is Love Living Lean.

And for all the last month she wanted to stay at a body fat percentage below 15 percent. The dietician came down to only consuming 1450 calories a day.

She started to train six days a week and didn’t even once went out to eat.

Leanne’s goal from the beginning was to make people realize how much a person has to give in for achieving such results.

But she also came to terms with one very crucial aspect of dieting and exercising, and that was “how much is too much.”

She described the last four weeks to be extremely horrible because she was literally starving and was feeling week.

Leanne likes eating out and love wine way too much and she doesn’t mind if she would never live with a physique that she had after 16 weeks.

The final advice to all the people who aspire to have six packs is that think it through first and then start working towards it because it takes too much time, cutting down on calories to a much greater extent, and regular exercise with continuous improvement.

She also advised that there is no standard calorie measure that everybody should consume to achieve the desired results. People with different body types would have to consume accordingly.
