Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Terminator actor and the former Governor of California, has received a very special hand-carved wood pipe resembling the character he played in the classic movie.
The 73-year-old legendary Hollywood actor came upon the one-of-a-kind pipe after engaging in a conversation with one of his fans on Reddit.
After sharing the photo of his creation on Reddit, a user named RadonLab was flooded with a series of positive responses. Among the praise was also Schwarzenegger’s comment in which the star asked the maker of the pipe if he could buy it from him.
“Wow. This is fantastic. It is beautiful. Would you sell this to me?” the former governor wrote.
Responding, Radon said: “I would like to give you this pipe it would be a great honor for me. How can I contact you?”
Determined not to let his fan go unrewarded, Arnold offered to send Radon a signed photo of himself using the pipe in return.
“If you insist on giving it to me I insist on sending you back a signed photo of me using it,” Schwarzenegger insisted. “Now that it’s 2020 I just sign things on my machine and send an email if that works for you. You can send me a message and I’ll give you the details.”
After the deal went through and the Hollywood actor received the custom-made pipe, he followed up on his promise and sent Radon a picture of himself smoking the pipe.
“To Radon, Thank you for the great pipe! Arnold Schwarzenegger,” the 73-year-old captioned his photo.
Thanking the actor for acknowledging his hard work was Radon who said: “You probably made not only my day but my whole life. Thank you for me it is a real magic to see you with my work!”
