Sometimes the tenants can be a pain for the landlords as they don’t realize the mess they leave behind for the landlords. Some tenants are both respectful and pay the rent on time always, and the others are rude and messy.
A French landlord from Rozoy-sur-Serre in Aisne, France is known as Thomas Ravaux had to deal with bad tenants who did not pay rent for full 14 months and left the house in a mess.
The tenants used to keep the house messy, and while they were vacating the property, they left a lot of mess behind for the landlord.
According to Thomas, they left empty boxes and a lot of garbage in the house while leaving the place and it made Thomas furious.
Thomas loaded all the dump left behind by the tenants into a dump truck and drove to make a delivery. Surprisingly, he showed up at his former tenants’ new house.
Thomas got out of the drunk and dumped all the mess in front of their door without leaving anything behind.
There were so many stuff that he had dumped in front of their house and after that Thomas not only took his sweet revenge, but he walked away with a lot of satisfaction.
Though, he was nice by returning their stuff to them, but probably not in a way that they expected it to come back.
After some time, Thomas posted the picture of the dump they left behind online with a caption for the tenants which said that shame on you and this is how you returned my flat to me.
He also gave them a sweet farewell message saying that I wish luck to your new landlords.
Then Thomas posted a video junk pile to satisfy and show his viewers what he has faced.
It is so evident after this post that you wouldn’t want to mess with a landlord who has revenge and dump trunk with him.
