An overweight IT manager apparently lost a massive 215 lbs in merely two years, and he now has sports abs and muscles that you generally see in professional athletes.
Adam Harris, a 38-years who was earlier 430 lbs, now weighs 215 lbs features ripped muscles and toned six-pack abs. Adam was once self-confessed fast food junky and he admits that his eating habits earlier were extreme and unhealthy.
He revealed that his lunch would be a large burger with fries or a pizza buffet. And for his dinner, he usually has meat and carbs. He said he had always been a picky eater, and vegetables were never on his plates.
His normal dinner would consist of meat and a huge amount of pasta or potatoes. If he made tacos, he would probably eat six tacos along with some kind of sides. His every meal was over the top.
Adam finally decided to get in shape in the year 2017 following his stenosis (spinal arthritis) surgery.
He suffered from major complications post the surgery and had to go through a full lumbar laminectomy, where a part of his spine was taken out to reduce the pressure on the spinal cord and nerves.
Adam said that his surgeon said he had fixed the frame, and it is up to him to build the roof.
After a week later, Adam was discharged from the hospital, boosted with motivation, and started a new journey towards a healthier life.
He started with a Keto diet along with intermittent fasting. Being a picky eater, his meals seemed quite boring at first.
He would eat 100 grams of fat, and under 25 grams of carbs in a day, and by 2019, he had lost an impressive 100 lbs.
Post his surgeon added a neural stimulator into his spine to eliminate the pain; this is where his real transformation began.
After this surgery, Adam started an intense workout routine and gotten its ripped muscles and perfect abs.
