Adele turned 30 on May 5 and celebrated her birthday in an epic way. She threw a lavish Titanic-themed party in Beverly Hills for her friends and family.
The “Rolling In The Deep” singer dressed as Kate Winslet’s character Rose from James Cameron’s 1997 movie ‘Titanic’. The singer admitted that the party was the ‘best night of her life’.
The singer shared some black and white pictures from inside the party. She looked stunning in a sparkling dress, completing the look with corkscrew curl updo.
She captioned the pictures: ‘Dirty 30! I’m not sure what I’m going to do for the next 30 years as I’ve been blessed beyond words in my life so far. Thank you to everyone for coming along for the ride the last 11 years with me. My family and friends for entertaining my super fandom of the Titanic movie. Last night was the best night of my life. Here’s a couple of pics. I’m fucked, not sure I’ll make it out the house again!
Ps Childish Gambino how the hell do you have time to offer us so much greatness on so many platforms. I adore you x’
But, a picture of Adele and her guests dancing in life jackets didn’t go down well with few people as they criticized Adele’s Titanic-themed party and accused the singer of being insensitive.
People took to Twitter to express their anger. Here’s what people have to say about Adele’s Titanic-themed party:
