We all wonder to make our wedding special, but this bride has just made it.

A bride twerked into her wedding reception wearing hot pants and a Mardi Gras mask before putting on an incredible acrobatic performance.

Stephanie Payne, from Texas, had earlier walked down the aisle in a stunning floor-length gold gown before saying her I dos with her partner Justin.

But a few hours later, Stephanie had a quick costume change, slipping into something more revealing as she sported black hot pants, a crop top, knee-high boots, and a glittering, red mask.

As her guests took their seats and awaited her arrival, they were left stunned when she walked into the room and began twerking on the dance floor.

The stunning bride then showcased her acrobatic prowess by performing the splits in front of her groom and a front flip.

The crowd at the Houston wedding can be heard cheering during the surprise performance.

Speaking about her decision to liven things up at the reception, Payne told KTRK: “I remember all the lights flashing from everybody’s camera, everybody was awing and everybody was oohing.

“And just the moment I see my husband there. I wanted to wow him and I wanted everybody to be happy.”

She said her new husband was completely blown away by the surprise and added that she didn’t want her wedding reception to be traditional and mediocre.

Stephanie added: “It doesn’t have to be mellow. Everything doesn’t have to be so mediocre and to keep doing the same thing as tradition. Let’s have a really good party.”

The new bride revealed how her and Justin, who had been dating for eight years, had arranged for many aspects of their wedding day to break away from the norm.

Originally, Stephanie had planned to wear a red wedding dress – her and Justin’s favorite color, before opting for a dazzling gold and white gown.
