Dating is not as easy as it sounds.
You need to have the qualities that the other person wants. Some people feel that they are ‘good’ enough, yet seem to have a hard time in finding their significant other.
The qualities of the significant other have also changed a lot over the years. Before, for men, it used to be about being able to provide for the family. Now, it has changed and it’s not about being able to ‘provide’ anymore. It’s about the personality, looks, morals, and etc.
According to a Twitter user, Stephen Vickers, today’s modern woman doesn’t value and appreciate basic qualities like physical protection and being ‘provided for’ the way that they used to- for example, 700lbs of beef a year.
Now, things have changed in Texas. It is an agricultural state with a large rural population and people believe in ‘traditional values.’
The tweet was ridiculous and reminds of the old days when it doesn’t matter who you are, all matters were what you had.
People started commenting quickly. And many were angry with him for this comment. One person commented saying, “Blaming women for not accepting is not right, it is up to you to build that kind of a personality that makes you attractive.”
