The responsibility of the housekeeping assistant also comes with free accommodation but they must be prepared to travel to Monarch’s homes, including those in other countries.
Although previous housekeeping experience is preferred, it is not essential. The successful candidate will be based in either Windsor Castle or London.
The full-time housekeeping assistant will be expected to work from Monday to Sunday, and potentially work for other royals.
This means that the chosen candidate could end up working for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the couple announced they would be moving to Windsor next year.
The chosen applicant will also be given 33 days holiday a pear and they have the option to stay in one of the residences, which comes with a salary adjustment.
