Ray J has opted to file a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
He’s accused them of perpetuating a false narrative for decades about their infamous sex tape. He further goes on to mention that, contrary to the longstanding story that this tape was leaked without consent from the Kardashian clan, it was actually filmed with full consent in the year 2003.
He also mentioned how the pair discussed more about its release in the year 2006, with Kardashian alleging that Jenner would be the one to manage this release.
In his lawsuit that was filed, Ray J alleged that both Kim and Kris falsely accused him of assault, revenge porn, and even extortion while publicly showing that he’s the villain in their reality show. He further added how their efforts to display him in a negative way were part of a combined narrative to help grow the brand.
This is despite the fact that there was a past settlement in which they paid him millions and agreed to keep this tape out of public discussion.
Now, he wants his share in the name of damages and claims their agreement was breached when they referenced the tape anyway and continued to push their version of the story, as that was the only truth.
