A shocking new video of Britney Spears shows the star driving in an erratic manner after a night out with a friend as she reportedly spiraled over her former partner Kevin Federline’s tell-all memoir.

The clip attained from Daily Mail on Thursday showed the Toxic star leaving Thousand Oaks restaurant and getting into the driver’s seat of her black BMW after several people tried to stop her.

One witness spoke about how the pop star nearly ran over her own friend while they were pulling out of the parking lot.

In the video, Spears was seen swerving into opposite lanes, including a bike lane, while she made her way towards her estate in Thousand Oaks. There was a point when she even tailgated another car, as per the video shown online. When the Grammy-winning star reaching a stoplight, she was also seen putting something inside her mouth.

Another source added how Spears was stuck outside the gate of her house trying to get in for nearly 20 minutes.

‘She would key it in and drive up to the gate, but the gate would not open’- the insider alleged. She did this nearly three or four times. The friend never left her car. After 20 minutes, the friend left. Britney then spent another 10 minutes trying to get in and finally succeded. A source shared how she’s behaving very strangely after her former husband Kevin Federline rolled out his memoir as it reopened old wounds.
