President Trump has left the country and world shocked after posting an AI-generated video of him dumping on No Kings protesters.
Despite what the President might say about not being offended by the entire scenario, Trump was clearly impacted by huge rallies and demonstrations carried out across America, demanding an end to his ‘King Trump’ like behavior.
In the AI clip, Trump is seen wearing a crown and piloting a fighter jet labelled King Trump and soaring over the cityscrape resembling Times Square, before dumping brown sludge or liquid onto a crowd of protesters.
The video was timed to coincide with the large nationwide No Kings protests across America, where millions participated in different cities across all 50 states to oppose what they slammed as Trump’s authoritarian tendencies.
Trump dismissed the protests as a joke and mentioned that the demonstrators were not representing the American nation.
The clip drew attention for its surreal and aggressive imagery, making use of visual metaphors of dumping sludge on opposition crowds and for the use of AI in a high profile political context. Both critics and analysts mentioned that this heralds a new era of synthetic media in politics, raising queries about propaganda, digital manipulation, and the blurring of reality.
