The University of Kentucky cheerleader accused of hiding her dead baby inside her closet told doctors that the infant was born alive and she had heard it whimper before ultimately stuffing it into a trash bag, as per court documents.
The latest details on this front mark the first time that she made the chilling and tragic confession. The mother is accused of hiding the truth for so long. Before this, she was reported as telling the cops that she believed she had given birth to a dead child.
Snelling made the stunning admission one day after she delivered the child, following her arrest and interrogation by the cops for concealing all the evidence of this crime.

The college student was arrested just a few hours after she gave birth to the child in her off-campus home.
Police were called by her roommate, who, after hearing such suspicious noises in the middle of the night, snooped into Snelling’s room after she had left for class and found her newborn. Snelling mentioned to the police that she gave birth around 4 am and the baby fell on the ground, but she did not believe that it was alive or breathing at the time she submitted her affidavit.
