Taylor Swift was seen taking a bold decision to have a man arrested from her fiancé’s home while he tried to serve her deposition papers from Justin Baldoni’s legal team.
The incident arose earlier this month at the NFL star’s home in Leawood in Kansas. The man named Justin Lee Fisher, who was a former police officer, was believed to be charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhoo, as per the recent court documents.
Fisher was reportedly rushed into custody at 2 am on September 15, nearly two days after the judge overseeing this case of defamation and s*xual harassment lawsuits between Baldoni and Swift’s former best friend denied the request to depose the singer.
Right now, it’s not known whether or not Fisher was successful in serving the pop star who is reportedly also busy dealing with a case of an alleged stalker, right before his arrest.
Swift was pulled into a legal battle between Baldoni and Lively when the director named her in documents for his now-dismissed $400 million countersuit.
Fisher mentioned how he was not hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing his job and possibly losing his private eye license. He’s now schedule to appear at the Leawood Municipal Court on October 15.
