A post from conservative commentator Charlie Kirk has now made its way online after his death.
This was from nearly 11 years ago, where he eerily predicted his own method of death. On June 22, 2014, Kirk mentioned: ‘Did I just get shot by an AR-15? Feels like it!’ And now, this tweet is going viral after his death and being shared widely online following the shocking video showing how Kirk was fatally shot at an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.
As per an AP Report, Kirk was seen giving a speech at the university when a gunshot rang out. The video footage showed him bleeding as local police confirmed his transfer to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
However, the type of weapon that he was using in the shooting is yet to be revealed. Kirk was pronounced dead approximately 90 minutes after the shooting occurred.
The video captured a horrifying scene as Kirk fell backwards following the gunshot.
Ellen Treanor, a spokesperson for Utah Valley University, mentioned how a person who is not the shooter was actually apprehended and taken into custody. She further revealed how Kirk was hit after the suspect fired the shot from the Losee Center.
This is a building located about 200 yards away from the stage where Kirk happened to be speaking.
