President Trump was seen musing this entire week, and that includes speaking on topics like becoming a dictator and how he might not be one, but the country certainly needs one.
He mentioned more about how he didn’t like the sound of it, but Americans here would like it. Another thing he mentioned is how he had the right to do anything because he was the President of the USA. But we’re not too sure if that is at all how a Democrat thinks.
Experts have stopped focusing on his words and instead started to focus more on the president’s actions, as they feel it might give a better indication of what exactly is going on.
It appears that in the human resources playbook, there are two schools of thought on workforce culture. There is the bring your best self to work idea, which speaks about diversity of ideas, diversity of thought.
Then there is a more brusque school where you either fit or get the f**k away. As per the Trump management style, it’s undoubtedly the latter. It’s a brutal mechanism he’s using, and it’s not just extended to the White House.
The president appears to be running the country where every single entity and company needs to conform and obey, and they must not question or doubt.
