Christina Applegate just filmed her final episode of the MeSsy podcast from a Los Angeles hospital bed.

The star revealed how she was left with no choice but to be admitted to the medical facility, as that’s how severe her pain was.

On Tuesday, the Married with Children star spoke to her listeners about how she opted to go straight to her hospital while on a flight back from Europe, where she happened to be visiting her family.

I am staying here because I want answers. I want every test that you can think of or the ones that you’ve never thought of’- the star shared in an emotional tone.

The next day, she shared how she recalled walking up and feeling like her appendix was bursting after feeling a serious pain on her side.

‘So much pain, I am screaming. They ordered an emergency CT at 2 in the morning’- she continued. The tests concluded that the star had a kidney infection that had since spread to her other kidney and that is what led to the excruciaiting plain. For now, she’s staying at the hospital and plans to stay there as she needs intravenous antibiotics.
