The stepson of Norway’s future King has reportedly been charged with assault and offensive behavior against several victims.
The news was shared by the Oslo police, who also shared information about the bodily harm that he had inflicted upon them.
The charges against Marius Borg Hoiby, who is the 28-year-old son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit and stepson of Crown Prince Haakon, were shared after the cops carried out a full-blown investigation following his arrest on those charges.
The police also shared how the evidence in this case was gathered through texts, several searches, and different interviews, as per CBS News.
Hoiby was similarly questioned several times in the fall of last year and spring of this year and was seen to be cooperating with the cops and investigations, as shared by CBS News.
His lawyer shared in an email how the alleged perpetrator took the accusations very seriously but does not acknowledge doing anything wrong in most of the cases, especially in those cases linked to abuse and violence. He also hoped that his client would be acquitted in the case if he were indicted.
