But if a customer pays in the form of pennies, who hard it becomes for the cashier to count that hefty amount of pennies when a long line is waiting behind the customer who pays in the form of pennies.

Nick Stafford choose a unique way to teach a lesson to the local Department of Motor Vehicles because he called them and asked a question which was supposed to be replied with a few seconds. This question was about his property and car. He inquired that from where he can complete the registration of his car and pay the sales tax on both car and property. The machine of counting coins at DVM could not count such a hefty amount of coins, Stafford had to appoint people to count the coins, which were 11 in number and they were hired at 10$ per hour.

Moreover, the employes of the office also counted the coins themselves. Both the hired personals and the carts in which Stanford placed the coins, cost him $440 and 400.
