  • 2 tbs of peanut butter
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • Complete it with a caffeinated tea or a black coffee (no sugar)

Day 1 – lunch

  • 1 slice of toast (no peanut butter)
  • ½ cup of tuna
  • Tea, black coffee, or water
