13 Girls Asked A Boy For Homecoming Dance After He Was Rejected And Laughed At By Classmates.

There will be times when you get chances to make your dreams come true and there will be moments when you feel so heartbroken that you wish that a hole open up in the ground and swallow you up.

Getting humiliated in public while you are in your high school can be one of those moments. And no one else can better understand this feeling than Dakota Nelton, a high-school sophomore from Gray, Louisiana, who was rejected by her friend to not dance with him and later on was humiliated by his classmates.

But one day when he arrived in his school, he was shocked to see that 13 girls were standing in front of him, asking him to dance by holding up a sign. Dakota, later on, realized that these girls also ended up watching his viral video and they decided to tell him how worthy he was.

It was one of the most memorable moments of his life. As he talked about while giving an interview to a local news channel, “I felt like one of the popular kids in school, which I’m really not.”
