Angry Vegan Asked People To Hunt For Animals And Eat Them Raw To Make It ‘Natural’


There are so many social media trends that pressurize you to try their diet, some promote a vegan diet while some spreading a meat-centric gospel of the paleo or keto diets.

There are so many options out there that you get confused about what to try or what not. According to a vegetarian user, the least natural choice for humans – meat.

With an ultimate graphic photo, they tried to explain that hunting animals and eating it raw was not as natural as a vegan lifestyle.

One user responded on the photo, Linden Lonsdale explained that the meat was necessary for our ancestors and they used to provide the energy needed for advanced brain development.

According to scientists, we wouldn’t be the same that we are today without eating meat, however, because our stomachs have changed alongside us.

Meat from a health point of view is rich in both protein and vitamin B-12 and it is also a good source of iron, however, another option is available there these days like, nuts, beans, and grain to name a few. According to Dr. William Kormos, editor in chief of Harvard Men’s Health Watch, “As for how much meat consumption is ‘safe,’ many studies show a small rise in the risk of disease at levels of 50–100 grams (1.8–3.5 ounces) of red meat consumed daily.”
