In the world where we live today, many people have turned around their life from lottery.

News, “the latest announcement from the state is that they will not be able to pay any lottery winning above $600 since the state is facing a budget crisis, but still running the ads on the TV stations promoting more plays from the innocent citizens.” It is one of the worst cases ever to run a lottery program and at the same time giving the winners only a fraction of their possible win.
Without hiding anything from anyone, the residents of Illinois have become extremely annoyed by this act and are not planning to relent soon until they are served with their rights. As explained by Susan Rick to Inside Edition, “we luckily won and hoped for a new improved life but only to realize that you are gonna pull that rug again from the back! As for us, we had a raffle ticket of $250,000, and this is good money to make you live decently.”
Not only Susan is in this disagreement with the state, but we also met another person by the name Rhoda Rasche. She too had a ticket of about $50,000, and when she went to cast her reaping, she was given days to wait before she could find her account topped up. But contrary to the promise, her report is still deficient in the cash until today. It had taken months now leave alone the days that she was promised earlier when she went to cast her ticket.
As it always been the norm, anybody, when attacked, will tend to defend themself. The Illinois lottery too tried to protect themselves through a desperate mode that nobody could believe. They published, “There shall be payment delays since we do not have a legal authority to monitor our lottery checks.” They further reinstated that there has never been a business that can be successful without an employee and that is why they were faced with that challenge.
