A woman who embraced her body hair and learned to appreciate it has spoken out and urged other females to follow her lead.

Lydi Winter is a young woman from the UK who became a social media sensation after standing up to modern beauty standards and insisting that women with body hair are hot and sexy.

As the young lady says, she enjoys flaunting her armpit locks and bikini line hair and feels beautiful in her “natural” form.

By sharing snaps from her outdoor adventures, Lydi is also encouraging other women to accept their body hair and ditch the razors.

“I’m a big body hair fan!! It took me a long time to get this comfortable… but I think anyone can get there,” she says.

In one viral video that racked up over a million views, Lydi is seen raising her arms to the sky to show off her hairy underarms while posing in her favorite bikini.

Responding to the clip were countless viewers whose opinions were left divided. While some praised the young woman for “breaking beauty standards” and “being natural,” others suggested she was “not womanly” and “not attractive” because of her hair.

“Y’all act like every human is supposed to be baby smooth at least she has more confidence then any of y’all will have,” one supporter wrote.

“I am in total awe of you being brave enough to bare your hair with pride. I’ve been growing out my leg and pit hair but I’m not yet brave enough to debut the bush,” another said.

A third argued: “Please shave for everyone else’s sake!”

A fourth joked: “Your armpit hair is longer than my grandfather’s!”
