A Taylor Swift fan has divided the internet and sparked a debate about concert hacks after revealing she wore a diaper to one of the singer’s latest performances.
Katherine took TikTok by surprise when she revealed that she attended the Grammy winner’s concert in Houston, Texas, wearing an adult diaper to ensure she didn’t have to make any trips to the toilet throughout the performance.
“The amount of stress and time it took me to get Taylor Swift tickets, I will be getting an adult diaper because I am not missing a minute of it,” the die-hard Swiftie wrote as she shared a video showing her putting on an adult diaper.
The video quickly went viral with some people weighing in on the hack and calling it brilliant while others suggested the practice was utterly disgusting.
“For the amount of money I spent on the concert. Same. I may not drink water all day,” one viewer agreed.
“Brilliant idea tbh, it saves you lots of time and allows you to hear all of her songs in full,” another gushed.
A third said: “Genius hack, gotta remember this one.”
Not everyone, however, was thrilled by the idea of adults willingly wearing diapers for the sake of entertainment.
“I’ve been to more concerts than I can count, and I have never needed to wear a diaper to miss a song, just lay off the fluids. This is so weird,” one woman wrote.
“Thousands of dollars to go hang out with screaming kids in diapers. Hard pass,” another joked.
In her viral video, Katherine is seen giggling with her friends as one of them tapes an adult diaper underneath her golden dress.
“Why did you pick the most monstrous? We didn’t need most absorbent, we needed most appropriate and most slimming,” the friend, Madeline, is heard saying.
Katherine then stood up to show that the dress completely covered her diaper despite it taking more space than they had expected.
