The mother-of-three previously shared how she manages to look great and keep her shape.

In a 2021 interview with WSJ, she said that some of her tricks include swimming laps in her pool, doing lunges, having a fruit breakfast, and getting eight hours of sleep.

“My favorite breakfast is watermelon with feta cheese and mint, with olive oil and salt and pepper,” she said.

“And then I usually have a piece of gluten-free sourdough toast with that and an herbal tea.”

The Sliver actress revealed that she works out often. “I think squats are really important. If you do squats every day, that really does get your whole body together,” she went on.

“I was a martial artist when I was young. I haven’t practiced in decades, but I still like to do my punches.”

She also enjoys the swimming pool in her back yard and revealed that the butterfly technique is her overall workout.

“I like to plank,” she continued. “I have (young songs) so we do planking contests to see who can plank the longest… They can plank for half an hour.”
